The Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is composed of representatives selected by each of the 12 Neighborhood Associations, and at-large members selected by the Board of Directors. All Board members serve one-year terms. Elections take place in June.
The NECN Board of Directors meets every third Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm at the coalition office except July and August.
