Damon Isiah Turner – Executive Director|
Damon Isiah provides overall management to the organization, engages with Directors from the other six Neighborhood Coalitions, and facilitates relationships with community partners. Damon Isiah appreciates the intersection of various policy issues – including land use, public safety, housing affordability, and broader smart growth issues – that NECN engages in.
|Adam Lyons – Associate Director and Neighborhoods Program Manager
Adam is the Neighborhoods Program Manager and Associate Director, assisting and listening to our neighborhoods and advocating based on those concerns. Born and raised in Northeast Portland, Adam spent the last seven years managing shelters and subsidized apartment buildings for both men and families with children throughout Portland. Service work has always been his passion. He is also a basketball, running and general outdoors enthusiast.
|Lokyee Au – Community Committees and Public Affairs Coordinator
Lokyee manages communications materials to connect NECN’s neighborhoods to events, organizations, people, and all other things of interest. She also coordinates NECN’s Community Committees, providing research and staff support. She has experience working in non-profit and public sectors, engaging in work that specifically addresses social equity issues within planning policies. Outside of the office, Lokyee enjoys drawing, ceramics, singing, and biking.
|Fran Ayaribil – Grants and Fiscal Sponsorship Coordinator
Fran coordinates NECN’s Fiscal Sponsorship and Community Grants programs, providing technical support, trainings and financial oversight. She also works on special projects involving community initiatives. Her professional background spans the corporate, academic and non-profit sectors in Portland.
|Randi Razalenti – Operations Manager
Randi keeps the office moving! Contact her with any questions, and she will get you pointed in the right direction. She’s your person for equipment rentals or scheduling meeting space. Randi enjoys video projects and spending time with her husband and their dog, Roxy.
